Talk to the guests behind the scenes and encourage them to participate!
Engage in your fellow Small Business Owners posts and support them.
Find common interests and have real conversations with people.
You don't have to be "friends" with everyone, you just have to help them feel comfortable enough to have fun too!
When you are an inactive Small Business Owner it can make these events slow, boring, and not fun to be involved in... we definitely do not want that.

1. Decide to do it!
The first step to achieving success is to decide that you are going to achieve it!
2. You create your own definition of success!
Be confident and practice having a positive outlook.
3. Keep your goal in sight!
When obstacles present themselves and self doubt begins to creep up on you, remember your goal and why you began in the first place.
4. There is more than one path to where you want to go.
Be flexible. If one plan doesn’t work, find another way. There are many different paths to end up where you want to be and you never know what opportunities you may run into on your way.
5. It’s never too late to start
If you want to make a change- just do it!
