You Create Your Own Success...

"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be." ― Ralph Waldo Emerson. Success is more an attitude than it is an end result.

Remember you are a hostess at your online event... your job is to participate and make the guests feel at home and model the ways they can participate... you do this by participating too.
Be present, show up and participate in the event every day.

Interact with all of the guests and Small Business Owners.

Talk to the guests behind the scenes and encourage them to participate!

Engage in your fellow Small Business Owners posts and support them.

Find common interests and have real conversations with people.

You don't have to be "friends" with everyone, you just have to help them feel comfortable enough to have fun too!

When you are an inactive Small Business Owner it can make these events slow, boring, and not fun to be involved in... we definitely do not want that.

Our top goals here are to have FUN & CONNECT!!! So let's do that!!!

One definition of success is... a person or thing that has had success, as measured by attainment of goals, wealth, etc.

Here are 5 tips you can use to work on being successful in everything you do...

1. Decide to do it! The first step to achieving success is to decide that you are going to achieve it!

2. You create your own definition of success! Be confident and practice having a positive outlook.

3. Keep your goal in sight! When obstacles present themselves and self doubt begins to creep up on you, remember your goal and why you began in the first place.

4. There is more than one path to where you want to go. Be flexible. If one plan doesn’t work, find another way. There are many different paths to end up where you want to be and you never know what opportunities you may run into on your way.

5. It’s never too late to start If you want to make a change- just do it!

How will you show up and be successful throughout your online events?
