Eating healthy seems like is should be so easy... but often times as we learn more about nutrition, our bodies needs, and what is actually available to us... we discover that eating healthy is actually a lot harder than we expected.


The foundation of a healthy lifestyle starts with nutrition... We are what we eat from our head down to our feet.


This pillar is all about nutrition!

Most people understand the importance of nutrition.

However, actually implementing good habits with nutrition is the challenge.


Why?

There are several reasons.

First, we have SO MANY OPTIONS on what and how to eat! We have tons of fast food restaurants with a convenience store on every corner. Our communities showcase grocery stores that span entire city blocks and we binge watch food network channels or social media platforms trying to teach the "home chef" how to cook.


Second, with the plethora of information available about different diets, nutrition, supplements, and meal replacements, it's no wonder we are confused.


In the Eating Healthy pillar, we’ll talk about the core foundation of nutrition, how to develop a manageable eating plan, strategies to drink more water, various diets that are common in today’s lifestyle, as well as many other beneficial topics.
