Hello and welcome to the Five Pillars of Health!

The Five Pillars of Health program helps you discover the power of simple solutions for overall wellness.


By using each pillar to create small, simple changes, you will discover the power of a holistic approach, and how each pillar is interconnected with each other.


Not only can you enhance your overall health but with these straightforward solutions outlined in the Five Pillars of Health program, I will help you discover the strength of your own body and mind.


You can improve your overall wellness with action-based changes, such as:

  • eating healthy

  • moving your body

  • improving sleep & decreasing stress

  • reducing toxic load

  • and creating financial wellness for you and your family.

This program makes these fundamental solutions manageable and easy to understand.





The Five Pillars of Health was created to help you:
  • lead a more holistic, well-balanced lifestyle

  • embrace and implement self-care

  • prevent or reverse modifiable risk factors that can lead to disease

Have you heard of a game called Fable on the Xbox? It is a role-playing game where you assume the role of an orphaned boy who is forced into a life of heroism when bandits attacked his village, killed his parents, and kidnapped his sister.


The choices players made in the game affect the perception and reaction to their hero by the characters of the village and change the hero's appearance to mirror what good or evil deeds he has performed.


The choices in life regarding your health are similar to the choices in the game.

If you choose more healthy options, your body and mind will become a healthy version of you. If you choose less healthy options, your body and mind will become a less healthy version of you.


This is quite simplified, as there are some things that you cannot control, such as your family's health history, the environment you grew up in, and what foods you were given.


But you are in control now... And many things can be reversed and improved!


Making simple changes... in what you eat, how you move your body, sleeping better and decreasing your stress, plus reducing the toxic load on your body and creating financial wellness... can and will help you improve your overall health.


Ultimately, by making simple, easy shifts in your daily behaviors and lifestyle choices you will help keep yourself on the side of health and wellness rather than dis-ease and misery.


And just like the healthier choices in the game of Fable, YOU are in control and can make living a healthier life a reality!
