It is important to have realistic goals for your business.
Being a vendor at an online event is just like being at an in person event in that there are no guarantees that people will buy from you!
Here are three goals to really focus on instead...
1. Relationship Building-
This boutique is designed to help you build that know-like-trust relationship with our guests.
People will buy from people that they know, like, and trust!
Trust is not something that just happens in one interaction. It takes some time and experiences with someone or something.
2. Growing Your Network-
Sales should not be your main or only goal here!
Instead of focusing on getting sales, focus on getting contacts and moving people into your network.
Add them to your email list, groups, pages, workshops... whatever you've got going on.
3. Follow Up-
The $$$ is in the follow up- I am sure you have heard that before.
Think about how you will follow up with guest who show interest in your products or service after the event.
If you are only worried about making that quick sale today, you're going to be missing out on the many opportunities for sales in the future.
So remember... follow up, build those relationships, and take care of your contact's needs before, during, and after the sale.
Take a few minutes and jot down some goals for yourself that you would like to achieve in the next 20 days... and then go conquer them!!! Feel free to share your goals below so we can cheer you on.
